崗位職責
1.Responsible for quality checking activities, from in-coming materials, in-process, to final inspection.
全權負責從供應商來料,過程檢驗和終檢的品質活動
2.Build up and continuously improve quality management process & system throughout company, including ISO system, internal audit, incoming process and final inspection quality control, continuous improvement system, etc.;
通過內審,來料檢驗,終檢,持續改進等方法,在公司內建立并持續提高品質管理系統和流程
3.Make sure all procedures & regulations are well followed and be responsible for validation from quality perspective at different project stages;
確保相關的程序和法規得到有效執行,并在各個階段負責評估相關品質目標
4.Plan, implement and improve quality programs with an approach to lean and value-added systems;
基于精益和增值的方法,計劃、執行并提高品質項目
5.Handle customer complaints, initiate/follow through corrective action, coordinate different functional departments;
處理客戶投訴,分析并制定相關的改善措施,并監督協調措施有效執行
6.Investigate, analyze and propose treatment opinions on production line quality issues;
對產線質量問題進行調查,分析和提出處理意見;
7.Inform relevant departments for quality inspection results, formulate corrective and preventive measures for existing quality problems and organize implementation;
通報各有關部門質量檢查結果,對存在的質量問題制訂糾正和預防措施并組織實施;
8.Responsible for the quality statistics work of the department and timely submit all kinds of statistical reports;
做好本部門質量統計工作,及時報送各類統計報表;
9.Responsible for customer on-site inspection arrangements;
10.負責對客戶現場驗貨安排;
11.Perform other duties as necessary in support of Quality Management System goals and objectives;

任職要求
1.Engineering degree , familiar with Electrical, Mechanical, Science, Engineering, Production
本科及以上學歷,工程類相關專業:熟悉電子,機械,工程,生產等
2.5 years Working Experience
5年或以上質量主管工作經驗
3.Courses for Management, ISO System, Medical Quality management System
有學習過管理,ISO體系,醫療器械質量管理系統
4. Good command of spoken and written in English
良好的英語說、寫能力
5.Skilled operation of Office and relative software
熟練使用電腦辦公軟件
6.Excellent communication skill & leadership; Project management; Fast-reaction in pro
