Role and Mission角色和使命
1.Manage canteen, Stationeries, Cleaning, transportation, express delivery, water, business card. 管理飯?zhí)谩⑽木摺⑶鍧崱④囕v運輸、快遞、水、名片等。
2.Responsible for the receptions for clients and employees in terms of transportation, accommodation, meeting room, meals, PPE, drinking and etc.負責接待客戶和員工的交通、住宿、會議室、用餐、PPE、飲用等。
3.Update company’s contact list on regular basis. 定期更新公司員工通訊錄。
4.Organize company actives periodically. 定期組織員工活動。
5.Support HR generalist to maintain HRIS, P-files, attendance records in an accurate and timely manner.支持人事維護人力資源系統(tǒng)、檔案、考勤紀錄,確保準確性、及時性。
6.Support Staffing & Training Asst. Manager to coordinate relevant activities. 支持招聘培訓(xùn)副經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)活動。
7.Other ad hoc tasks assigned by department head.上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
任職要求
Education / Experience / Knowledge / Skills Required招聘目標:教育/經(jīng)驗/知識/所需技能
1.College or above with the major of admin management and other related majors; 大專以上學(xué)歷,行政管理或相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.Workable English; 可滿足工作需要的英語能力優(yōu)先;
3.Familiar with MS-Office(word, excel, power point, outlook); 電腦辦公軟件熟練;
4.Good communication, detailed-oriented and responsible attitude; 溝通能力良好,注重細節(jié)、認真負責;
5.One year or above related working experiences, preferably in manufacture environment. 1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,制造業(yè)行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
